Everyone is looking to create the frictionless business flywheel for growth, but few understand how to get there. In my consulting practice, I have helped so many companies develop strategies that they failed to execute. Mostly because they did not have the resources aligned for their growth. Unfortunately, I would find out a year later. I quickly learned that I did not want to help clients develop strategies and then watch them fail. To this end, I started evaluating their “as is” condition to determine whether they were prepared for a growth/scale strategy. The next challenge was that the consulting work effort (i.e. cost) did not scale down to smaller companies. Being a technologist, I started to try to take these methods and simplify them into software.
To that end, I developed SCALE. It is a culmination of 20+ years of consulting engagements with startups, enterprises, and F500 clients. Leveraging the data and methodologies of these clients, algorithms were created to give clients a first glance into the scalability of their company.
